What's For Dinner

Quest Members' Exhibition

What's for dinner? It's a simple question that can inspire a world of artistic possibilities. Whether inspired by flavour, family recipes, growing gardens, or the stories behind what we eat, artists are encouraged to bring their own perspective to the table.

Finding Your Way

From literal maps and familiar landmarks to abstract pathways, shifting identities, and moments of discovery, artists are encouraged to interpret what it means to find their way.

Summer Picnic Essentials

Summer Vibes

Quest Members' Exhibition

Quest Project Gallery
Dates

What does summer feel like to you? Perhaps it's a cold glass of lemonade, a garden in full bloom, water gun fights, long afternoons in the shade, or the feeling of being near the water. But summer vibes don't have to be literal. They might emerge through a particular colour palette, a playful shape, a sun-soaked texture, or an atmosphere that captures the spirit of the season. This exhibition invites members to explore their own interpretation of summer, whether through familiar seasonal imagery or something more abstract.

Please Note: There's no formal opening reception for this exhibition; artists and community members are invited to enjoy the show during regular gallery operating hours.

Abstract Architectural Shapes

Structured

Quest Members' Exhibition

Quest Project Gallery
Dates

Structure surrounds us, from the geometry of buildings and the rhythm of city streets to the patterns and frameworks found in the natural world. Structured invites members to explore urbanism, architecture, geometry, and the visual language of order and form. Artists might look to the lines of a cityscape, the repetition of windows, the balance of architectural details, or the possibilities of geometric abstraction. Whether precise and orderly or playful and unexpected, works are encouraged to investigate how structure shapes the spaces we inhabit and the ways we see the world.

Opening Reception: Friday, September 10th, 2027 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Artwork Intake Day: Tuesday, September 7th, 2027 | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Black And White Tiles

High Contrast

Quest Members' Exhibition

Quest Project Gallery
Dates

Contrast is one of art's most compelling tools, creating tension, emphasis, and unexpected relationships between elements. High Contrast invites members to play with the design principles of contrast, exploring the impact of opposites and the spaces between them. Artists might experiment with complementary colours, light and shadow, bold shapes against delicate details, or other contrasting textures and materials. Contrast can also be conceptual: juxtaposing unexpected imagery, ideas, or perspectives to create new meaning. Members are encouraged to explore the many ways opposites can come together to make an impact.
