Yoga In
The Gallery

Introducing our newest program!

Experience a unique blend of relaxation and creativity at Quest Art. This restorative, all-levels yoga session, followed by reflective sketchbook time, invites you to slow down, unwind, and find inspiration surrounded by art.

This program is made possible through the generous support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Grow Grant.

Yoga Pose Practice

Join us for a soothing and inspiring experience inside the gallery. This one-hour slow, restorative yoga session is designed for all skill levels and focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation. Surrounded by artwork and a peaceful atmosphere, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect, and restore both body and mind.

Following yoga, enjoy a half-hour of reflective sketchbook time. This quiet, creative session is perfect for journaling, brainstorming, personal reflection, or practicing drawing skills while inspired by the art and the calm environment.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new, an artist or simply curious, this workshop offers a unique blend of movement and creativity that supports wellness, imagination, and mindful exploration.

Note: Participants are required to bring their own mat and Sketchbook/supplies, and are encouraged to bring a blanket and pillow for ultimate relaxation.
