Yoga In
The Gallery

Introducing our newest program!

Experience a unique blend of relaxation and creativity at Quest Art. This restorative, all-levels yoga session, followed by reflective sketchbook time, invites you to slow down, unwind, and find inspiration surrounded by art.

This program is made possible through the generous support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Grow Grant.

Slow Flow and Sound: Yoga in the Gallery

Step into the gallery after hours for a calming, immersive experience that blends gentle movement with sound and stillness. Led by Vicki, this 75-minute slow flow practice is open to all skill levels and invites participants to move at an unhurried pace, guided by breath and supported by a carefully layered soundscape. Throughout the session, Vicki incorporates instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes, creating a soothing atmosphere that deepens relaxation and encourages presence.

The final 15 minutes are reserved for a gradual return from rest. Participants are invited to linger in a meditative state, taking in the artwork and the space's quiet in a way that feels personal and unstructured. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your mat, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience the gallery in a different way.

Meet Your Guide

Vicki Hartley is a E-RYT-550 and has been teaching yoga in our community since 2013.

She is also a Sound Practitioner and loves to weave movement, meditation and sound to create spaces for rejuvenation, rest and renewal.

Vicki’s teaching style is grounded, thoughtful and informative. She believes yoga extends far beyond the mat, so she offers guidance and insights that support you not only in class, but in everyday life. She can't wait to spend Saturday mornings in the gallery with you!
