Kelly Lapham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University and a post-graduate certificate in Therapeutic Recreation from Georgian College. With a background rooted in youth development and community programming, she has spent much of her career supporting young people through creative, strengths-based experiences.

Kelly has a deep appreciation for the arts and believes creative expression plays an essential role in confidence-building, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Her work has consistently centred on creating inclusive spaces where youth feel encouraged to explore their individuality and discover their potential.

As a Board Member with Quest, Kelly is passionate about fostering opportunities that empower young people to imagine boldly and grow with confidence.
